What a great mini catalogue Stampin Up brought out this spring, its full of gorgeous stamp sets and matching framelits, colours and lots of inspiration.
I got busy creating this gorgeous pop up card for my brother in law for his 50th birthday using the ‘Nailed It’ set and framelits. I’ve coloured everything in using the watercolour pencils which is one of my top buys from this cataolgue, I love them!

I’ve been busy creating with the new in colour Sweet Sugarplum and Mint Marcaron I love these two together. As you can probably guess there are two new stamps sets “Love & Affection” and Playful Backgrounds” I know I’m going to be be using these lots over the next few weeks on numerous projects!

I always feel sad when a catalogue goes and stamps and accessories retire but I always know a new and exciting one is on its way, and this one does not disappoint, I love it!

I’ve been lucky to have been able to have a play with some of the new items before it goes live, and I will be holding a party night in a few weeks time to share all these new products with my crafty friends.

I have been playing with my new incolours again this week and I just love sweet sugarplum, I think this is my favourite out of the five.
I have used the sketch design from the CAS colours and sketches blog to start getting creative. I love butterflies and this sketch worked perfectly with the watercolour wonders set.
I love the fact that you can layer this stamp set over each other and create so many different images using different colours. I’ve used different shades of the same colour, Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum and Rose Red which all compliment each other.

Another birthday party for one of my girls to attend, which means another card created by me! I was short on time so this one was a case from the new catalogue.
I’ve used the gorgeous new colour’s, Flirty Flamingo and Sweet Sugarplum on this cute little card. A really quick and simple make, if you would like to make one too there is a list below detailing all of the products used with a link to my online shop.
One of the ladies that attends my craft parties and classes has been poorly and unable to attend the last few session. I thought how lovely it would be to receive a pretty card through the post to show that I was thinking of her.
